Board position: Marketing Chair

As a Marketing chair you are the head of marketing. You are the intermediate between the board and your committee, who makes sure everything runs smoothly. The marketing committee is highly important for the association and works together with all the committees. Therefore we work with a Content Calendar to make sure no important deadline will be missed! It’s your responsibility as a Chair to communicate all novelties, keep an updated overview and guide the marketing team with the tasks.

– You must be available for the whole academic schoolyear 21-22
– Estimated workload per week: 5-8 hours
– Dutch is NOT a requirement
– Financial compensation included
– You fit the association and our values
– Marketing and/or Chair experience is a pre but not a must

Specific job duties:
– Attend and prepare meetings
– Discuss and make important decisions
– Coordinate plans and projects
– Maintain an overview

Our Board members are the key for the association because they are important for the course of the association. Everything that is happening within the association and the committees goes through board. From partnerships to projects and committees, together with the other board members you will mainly be discussing ideas, decisions and options for everything regarding the association. There is plenty of room to implement your own ideas.

As a board member you will prepare and attend board and team meetings, but also meetings and projects with our associates and partners. Therefore we are looking for responsible, motivated, hardworking and experienced members.

Marketing committee

At the marketing committee we are busy with promoting FAM in different ways: from creating campaigns, post stories and more on the socials to informing our beloved members.
Are you always up to date with the latest news and current affairs? Are you a social media guru? Can you create catchy and creative content? Then you are what our team is looking for!

As part of the Marketing team you will work with a content calendar for structure. But rest assured, there is a lot of room to implement your own content and ideas. You will represent FAM and be one of the first contact points for (new) members so don’t be afraid to show your face and personality!

We share fun instagrammy content as well as some more serious articles on LinkedIn. We also find it important to interact with our members and followers, which we do both online as offline. We hope that we will be able to execute more things in real life for 2021 (such as markets & flyering) depending on the Covid-19 situation.

Estimated work load per week: 4 hours

 Specific job duties:

⦁ Come up with and create content
⦁ Managing the various social media platforms
⦁ Keeping our members and followers informed about the association
⦁ Increasing our social media presence
⦁ Sharing Important and relevant news
⦁ Promoting FAM online and offline
